Membership

Physicians, transplant surgeons and other allied health professionals working in the field of pediatric liver transplantation are invited to become members of SPLIT. Interested individuals should complete the following application.

There are 3 membership levels of SPLIT:

Full Physician Member:
$75 USD / year

Membership will be open to hepatologists, transplant surgeons, and any other physicians involved in the field of pediatric liver transplantation.

Trainee Member:
$30 USD / year

Membership will be open to persons with an interest in pediatric liver transplantation that are in training positions.

Allied Health Member:
$30 USD / year

Membership will be open to research coordinators, clinical coordinators, data coordinators psychologists, pharmacists and any other individuals involved in the field of pediatric liver transplantation who are not physicians.
There is also an option to join for 2 years at a time to receive a discounted membership rate.

Please note that being a SPLIT Registry Site member is separate from being a member of the Society. To become a member of the Society, please complete the Membership Application Form below. You will receive a message on behalf of SPLIT once your application is processed.
