Christina graduated from McMaster University with an undergraduate degree and continued with her graduate education obtaining a Master's and Nurse Practitioner Certificate from the University of Toronto. She started with the GIFT program in 2008 as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She has worked on both the inpatient and outpatient roles within the GIFT program and has developed an interest in outcomes research related to many of the complications and long-term impact of intestinal failure. She has presented at a number of National and International conferences on work that has been completed at Sickkids as well as several publications in peer reviewed journals and this has led to completing a PhD in Clinical Epidemiology with a focus on the role of the caregivers in supporting children with intestinal failure on long-term parenteral nutrition in 2021.

Dana Boctor is a Pediatric gastroenterologist. After completing postgraduate studies in Nutritional Sciences and a dietetic internship at SickKids hospital, she studied medicine at the University of Toronto. She completed her pediatric residency and fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology at the University of British Columbia and a pediatric nutrition fellowship at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Currently, she is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Cumming School of Medicine at the University of Calgary and the Medical Director of the Children's Intestinal Rehabilitation Program at Alberta Children's Hospital in Canada. Her research interests include feeding difficulties in pediatric intestinal failure and malnutrition in hospitalized pediatric patients.

Dr. Judy Hopkins, OTD, OT/L, CLE, has over 25 years of experience as a pediatric occupational therapist specializing in working with medically complex and disabled children. Since 1997 she has worked at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, focusing on infants in the NICU and hospitalized children with feeding and swallowing disorders. In addition to pediatric feeding and swallowing, her areas of expertise include modified barium swallow studies, lactation support, high risk infant interventions and critical care.

Lisa Vokes, BSc, RD; has been the lead speacialst dietitian within the Oxford small bowel transplant program and lead intestinal failure dietitian for the Oxford University hospitals trust nutrition support team since 2015 and has retained specialist gastroenterology dietitian roles within the trust since 2012. She is the outgoing chair of the british dietetic association gastropenterology specialst group and sits on the committee of the council for allied health professional research for the oxford hub.
